All About Pets is seeking a passionate and skilled Full-Time Veterinarian to join our dedicated team in Citrus Heights, CA. We are a small animal clinic, committed to providing exceptional and compassionate care to companion animals.
In this role, you will:

Perform comprehensive physical examinations, diagnose and treat various medical and surgical conditions.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients.
Perform a variety of procedures, including vaccinations, spaying/neutering, and dentistry.
Provide client education and counseling on preventative care, pet health, and responsible ownership.
Collaborate effectively with veterinary technicians, assistants, and other team members to ensure optimal patient care.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited university.
Valid state veterinary license.
Minimum 3 years of experience in small animal practice (preferred).
Strong clinical skills and a comprehensive understanding of animal anatomy, physiology, and medicine.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and explain complex medical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Compassionate and empathetic demeanor, with a genuine love for animals and their well-being.
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle a fast-paced environment.
